Our policies

Damaged products: If your product arrived damaged due to shipping, you will be required to take a picture of the damaged item and send it to us. We will assess the damage, and then a new product will be sent to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE SENDING PACKAGE BACK.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 4 weeks after delivery is not eligible for refund 

Apparel policies: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE SENDING PACKAGE BACK.

If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
